I lined with a trash bag. Filled with leaves and twigs. Tied the bag then dumped whole thing out. No tugging and pulling to get bag out. Worked wonders on my back too. Nice size. Held up.

These are big bags, and the plastic insert at the top keeps them open. I filled up two of them with laurel cuttings and the like to take to the tip and soo found the weak points. The branches poke straight through the sides, and the bottom ripped out when I dragged them across the ground to the car. They were not heavily filled, I guess 30-40 Kg, I could lift them into the car easily enough, but the plastic and stitching is just not up to the job, sadly. They are not cheap either. As they got destroyed in first use, I can’t return them, otherwise I would!

I bought this product to put my raked leaves in and it works quite well. I do wish I could have seen the size a better. I bought what I thought was the right size for my leaf bags but it is a little but too small for them. Other than that, they are doing what I need them to do.

I do volunteer work pruning young street trees, so I need a durable bag for carrying away green waste with me. These bags are the perfect size, and so far they seem to be able to stay open when I need to put the green waste in. The handles near the bottom really help to pick up a full bag and empty it out. Well designed and well made.

These garden waste bags are great for large gardens with lots of waste.
A fellow gardener at our local tip admired them and asked where to get some for himself.

First and foremost this product idea is great, I purchased these to clean up leaves around my house, sticks, brush, etc. I purchased it 2 weeks or so ago, the first day of use I filled it up with leaves only completely filled, went to lift it to empty it and put my hand right through the seam of the bottom as shown in the picture, granted I probably should have used the handle that is right there but as I was heaving it over into my pickup I didn’t. The material is much like a tarp, I just expected it would be a little stronger around the seem area. I would buy it again, just would like to see it a little stronger.

Filled it half way with some cedar bush trimmings and it ripped.

I honestly didn’t know I needed these until I ran across them (on Temu) and found them on Amazon for $1 less and shipping that doesn’t span an entire month. This is an honest – not AI generated – review of the big green bags I now call friends (I’m sheltered).
I was going to do a Pro’s and Con’s list, but honestly, the only Con is that they are lightweight, but that really isn’t a Con because they are, essentially, large plastic bags, how sturdy can you expect them to be??
The little plastic that they give you to hold them open works well. Once it was in the bag I then used electrical tape to hold it together. I can still store the bags in a small space just like one would store a Hula Hoop.
SO MUCH STUFF fits in these bags. We have a HUGE yard, more than 2 acre’s in total, and I was able to rake 3/4 of that lawn using these 2 bags and not having to empty and refill them. I also used them when gardening to put weeds and old roots into. And if you’re just putting leaves into it, you can just keep squishing them down with the rake to fit more. It’s like a clown car for leaves.
They wash right out with a hose! Or your shower if you don’t have a hose like many humans don’t, and it dries in a matter of minutes.
We have wheelbarrows and wagons that we can use, but these honestly work so well that we haven’t used either of the others yet this year.

Tears too easily if you happen to get sticks mixed in with leaves.

I bought these to collect garden waste. They are large but not too heavy when full. The handles make carrying easy.

I use these for litter pick up along roads. I put a 30 Gallon trash bag with flaps inside with bag overlapping the top, and place four Binder Paper Clips over trash bag & side of green bag to hold bag up. Trash bag is a little smaller than Leaf Bag, so it is easy to pull out with 3/4 full. Fantastic for litter cleanup.
My first bag lasted four years of dragging around when it was close to full and I picked up a mountain of litter in it. Works great.
