I had been debating in my mind whether to buy a portable 20v DeWalt leaf blower, ($$$) for quite some time. I own an power corded electric leaf blower, but that requires extension cords no matter how large or small the job is at hand. When I finally came across an affordable on-sale & highly rated reviewed blower that uses DeWalt 20v batteries that I already have on hand, I jumped at the opportunity.
Totally pleased with the blower. Opened box, installed a freshly charged battery and went to work with the spring cleaning. Blew the absorberent amount of pollent on the roof & on top of the gutter guards. No extension cords to potentially trip over while I walked the roof line. Blew the debris & pollen off of patio & porch. Turned the power switch down to #2 position and proceeded to clean up the garage. Then, pulled out the window a/c units and blew out dust and debris reminents of last years use. A quick hose off and then used the blower to dry out the a/c unit. Today I took the home vacuum cleaner and used the blower to not only clean filters, but also all of the dust within the vacuum. Ah, the cars; quick air shot behind the wiper blades to rid the car if the pollen and leafs. The blower is powerful, convenient & downright affordable, not to mention outstanding warrantee. Highly recommend for the DeWalt battery owners.

Très bonne puissance du flux d’air avec 5 vitesses bien calibrées.
Réutilisation des batteries Dewalt qui procure une autonomie adéquate.

This blower craps on its better looking cousin. Air flow is crazy good and powerful. Nice quality blower that doesn’t feel cheap. I blew out a big 10×20 unit in about 2 mins covered in dirt and leaves. Battery life is great so far with genuine 5ah battery. Weight and handle feel better than the cousins. Highly recommend if you want easy cleaning!

I finally made the leap to upgrade my cordless blower. Didn’t want another corded blower restricting movement. The fact that this one uses Dewalt and comparable batteries that I already have om hand is what really sold me on it. The handle and trigger design make this really comfortable to hold and point with little effort. Battery lasted for the front and back yard. Definitely good idea to have atleast two 20V 9AH batteries on hand. Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

Very nice leaf blower. Lightweight, well balanced and good power. Works with my DeWalt batteries. The variable speed motor is an added plus. Very reasonably priced. Great value

This electric unit replaces our gas powered unit that finally bit the dust. I was concerned that it wouldn’t have the power I was used to, but never fear, it’s really powerful. On the highest setting I can blow wood chips and small pebbles like I could with the gas blower. And of course, leaves and grass just fly away.
Speaking of leaves and grass, this is where the variable speed really shines. On low speed you can sort of push the light debris around like an air broom, instead of having it fly all over the place, And the noise level on low speed is similar to a hair dryer on low – really quiet.
The noise on high speed is quite loud, but it’s a lot quieter than the gas blower I replaced.
The ergonomics are practically perfect. I use a pretty big and heavy 6 Ah battery and the nozzle angles just right at the ground for me. I don’t need to tilt my hand up or down, just let the machine hang naturally.
The only parameter I haven’t tested is the running time. I only need to run the leaf blower for a short time under my worst conditions, so I suspect the battery will last the ten minutes or so that I need. Commercial gardeners may have more rigorous requirements, but this will be fine for me.

Lightweight and powerful leaf blower, ideal for blowing off the deck and porches, but also strong enough to blow leaves. As a woman, love that it isn’t too heavy and easy to use.

A little over a month of occasional, light use & it seems to be holding up fine. Assembly was very simple.
It’s no gas powered blower, so if your looking for longevity of single use or tougher jobs this may or may not be for you, but does small, light jobs well.
Variable speed/power control (1-5) is great, usually a level 2 works for what this was intended to be used for.
You’ll want to use a larger battery so you aren’t switching batteries or waiting to recharge often, which adds weight (& this blower is a little on the heavy side without battery). Both of which is the only reason for deduction of 1 star.
Overall- if you’re looking for a decent little battery powered blower that’s handy for simple chores (like a porch/deck, concrete/hard surfaces, light leaf blowing, etc) & have extra of the brand name batteries it uses I would recommend this blower.

I own an extremely powerful Husqvarna backpack blower, but also wanted something quieter and lighter for small tasks. Since I already own some 20V DeWalt tools, I already had the batteries and charger, so this seemed like a good choice. I was a little wary because the price seemed too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised when the blower arrived. Three minutes later, I had it all set up and running.
It’s light enough to use with one hand, but powerful enough to blow even damp leaves. I also blew some acorns and even some hickory nuts. It wasn’t strong enough to move large sticks like my Husqvarna can, but it can easily handle 90% of what I need. It’s also a lot easier to operate, just plug in the battery and pull the trigger (unlike the Husqvarna which requires mixing fuel and oil, priming the engine, flipping a couple of switches, and pulling the starter cord, not to mention periodic maintenance tasks like replacing the air filter and spark plugs). I’d say that it’s about as loud as a hair dryer, much quieter than the Husqvarna, which requires ear protection to operate. Overall, it seems like a good piece of gear and a great value for the money.
Finally, this is a honest review by a real person who spent their own money to buy this machine. I did not receive (nor would I accept) any sort of bribe from anyone.
