Bought these for my 68 year old mum who tends to her decent sized garden. She has small but average legs and these fit her well. They are made of stiff foam with a water sealed edge. Very light weight and stay on over pants well. She says they are amazingly comfortable and help her with kneeling on all kinds of garden surfaces.

These are great, super high quality and comfortable. The only complaint I have is I wish the straps around the knees were longer.

I have spent way more money on the pull on type knee pads that are not NEAR as protective as these are. I have gravel walkways around my raised garden beds, so kneeling on gravel to tend to my gardens is out of the question. I’m 68 and being able to garden pain free is a priority for me to stay active and curious. These are super easy to strap on, the elastic band that goes around the back of your knee is strong and secure. After a few hours, however, the velcro closure is irritating to the back of the knee. I solved this issue by rotating the velcro closure part to be on the outside of my knee. Highly recommend this product. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.

I just ordered my third pair in twelve years. I garden a lot and am usually on my knees. These are lightweight and they are always there as opposed to one of those kneeling pads. The velcro wears out after maybe three years but then you can twist the fabric to keep them on. They are completely adjustable and really protect my knees.

A nice set of kneepads for those of us who occasionally are on our knees pulling weeds. A nice product at a good price.

I love these kneepads. I actually forget that I’m wearing them at times and find myself walking in from a a day at the job site with them still on. The Inner lining is going to tear out and eventually the Velcro is going to wear out. It is what it is. At this price point ,I’ll just buy another pair. I wear them almost daily for work and they last a good long time. If you want to knit pick ,so be it. I’ll keep buying them

My second set of these. worked the first pair too hard in the attic and after 2 years pretty chewed up
highly recommended, great padding and straps just right. quick exit too.

nice quality, although if your a larger fella like my self the straps can be a bit tight

If you have ever used Fiskar tools then you will also love their knee pads, they are so comfortable and work really well on my bony knees.

I had a pair of foam knee pads similar to these from Home Depot for many years, but for the past few, the elasticity has gone out of the hook and loop leg bands. The foam was also a much cheaper and less sturdy composition of foam. These have a heftier leg band, but the sewing is already starting to come loose (after 4 uses). Fortunately, these come with a lifetime warranty. You definitely want to be wearing long pants when using these. The bands are irritating even thru pant legs, so they would be very uncomfortable on bare skin. These pads have a soft liner for against the knee, and a coating to make the foam more durable. For the money, these get the job done. We’ll see if I need to check out the lifetime warranty.

I have to crawl around on the dock and also inside the boat to prop up and snap the cover on my pontoon boat. I thought these would help protect my knees. This is my first experience with knee pads so I can’t really compare them with anything else but this is what I thought of these pads.
I wore them for less than an hour today and they were certainly comfortable but I don’t think they will last very long. Already the inner foam liner is starting to peel away from the outer foam shell and will likely need to be glued back in place. The outer foam is simply foam with no protection and I imagine that shortly it will get chewed up pretty bad crawling around on the wood dock. I thought there should be some kind of hard plastic covering on the outside.
I bought knee pads with single straps because I thought they would be more comfortable but I think it was a mistake. They didn’t want to stay in place on my knees and required constant adjusting. I think the double strap models would probably stay in place better.
I wore them with pants, not shorts, so the straps were not that uncomfortable on my legs. I think the kind with a full elastic sleeve that you have to pull up over your knee is probably going to be the best bet for wearing shorts. The Velcro straps on these knee pads would likely cut into my leg and quickly become uncomfortable.

These are my second pair. The first ones last a good five or six years of crawling around in the garden. The straps are comfortable behind the knees. They stay in place while I’m crawling around. I don’t recommend gardening without them.
