This is a pretty nice hand-shovel for performing light or medium weight chores in the garden or lawn. It feels pretty sturdy and should last fairly long under the condition that you do not over-use or abuse it. You could easily bend or break it if you try to use it for breaking up hard, rocky soil or digging up tough roots or vegetation. I plan to use it for planting new flowers and plants–something that just requires digging a fairly small hole and shoveling and compacting dirt back into the hole. For my purposes, this hand shovel works really well and I am definitely happy with the product.

With weather getting warmer, the garden is beginning to wake up. Garden planning has become a full-time job and making sure I’m prepared for the upcoming season is a big reason why. I like to make sure all my tools are in great condition and it was time for a new trowel. This is a great price and feels good in the hands. Can’t wait to transfer my seedlings this year.

Very strong and flexible!

It digs the dirt like it’s supposed to. I don’t really know how to review this item. I guess I like the rubber grip handle??

I have NEVER had a trowel break in such a manner, not to mention after only THREE USES
And it wasn’t like I was excavating fossils with the tool…I was doing some simple GARDENING! Very disappointed
I cannot recommend this item, nor would I consider buying again
Buyer beware 🙁

This is a handy medium sized trowel, much more solid than I expected for the price. It has a wide blade and works well for transplanting where you need a shallow wide hole. No the pointiest or sharpest trowel, like what you would want for planting bulbs, but this is a good every day moving dirt around tool that is nice to have on the potting bench. Pretty happy with it so far.
