I bought this as a gift for my elderly mother who still gardens. She finds it easy to use!

I like the way it fits and the durability is amazing. I love the smaller pocket sizes and placement. The large pouch keeps up with my garden with ease. At first things would fall out the bottom and I kept making adjustments until I found that if I fold the front part more towards my body at the bottom this helped allot. I may add a small piece of Velcro right in the center to hold it better. I love the way I can undo the clips and dump all my veggies right into the sink. It’s a great thing to have all around.

This apron is well-made, the color is pretty, BUT (same complaint as others) the bottom corners aren’t sewn leaving a gap. This is going to be a gift for an elderly gardener, so when we have her name monogrammed on the bib, we’re going to have them sew it closed.

I’m so excited to use this for gardening season! It fits great and I love the color!

I gifted this to a dear friend who loves to garden. Although she hasn’t used it yet she thought the whole idea of the picking apron wonderful. She was saying how she could weed into it or pick into it and the liner would make it waterproof. It is definitely something that’ll free up her hand and make her gardening chores much much easier.

Good quality and price this one actually fit around me. Can’t wait to pick apples.

First of all, this is a very sturdy apron and the various clasps and straps keep it nicely in place while wearing. It can clean up with just a firm shake if your garden task wasn’t wet or muddy. It can be washed in the machine and I hang it to dry to keep the liner lasting as long as possible. One thing to note, especially if you are particular about ordering purple color and getting purple. This is pink. I would call it hot pink. Not a big deal really; I figure it will let the neighbors see me easier when I’m in my garden working. ; )
This apron holds a fair amount of weight. I haven’t weighed it full for exact amounts but then again it’s a personal and situational situation on how much of what you carry in it. Apples? Potatoes? Carrots? Load it up with as much as you can comfortably carry. These veggies are hard and firm and won’t get damaged with a bit of them tucked in the apron pouch. Tomatoes? Go easy or you’ll be unloading sauce instead of tomatoes. While on the subject of tomatoes, this is my chief, really only one, complaint about the design of this apron. If you look closely at the front of the apron at the lower outer corners, there exists a gap on each side. If you are harvesting small size tomatoes such as cherry or grape, they roll right out of these gaps unless you pick up the corners and walk it that way to your drop off area.
I wouldn’t call this an absolutely necessary garden item. It’s useful but if you’re new to gardening, there are other things more important. I’m sure I’ll use it more for my orchard than my vegetable and herb garden. I don’t regret the purchase at all.

It is great. The only problem is the small gaps at the bottom that will need to be stitched if you plan to pick smaller items and place them inside of it.

Bought this for the avid gardener in my life and she was so happy. The way it adjusts to fit, the opening at the bottom of the pouch to have your produce fall into bowls after picking. Like strawberries and blueberries. We all know they get smooshed the more you grab them. This was great for those and potatoes. There are extra pockets for gardening tools too. Very well made. The apron is made from a canvas type of material and the stitching really held up to the wear it has been put through in her green house this year! She loved and still loves it. It is made very well and put to heavy duty use. Would not recommend putting through the washer and dryer. She has rinsed it with the hose and hung it to dry. Holds a lot of potatoes! She had at one point over 25 in it.
