This kit worked perfectly for a 21’ x 4’ bed which runs down the middle of my driveway. I ran the 26’ main 1/2” hose straight down the middle and capped it at the end. The 4 barbed tee/junction pieces were placed evenly along the main. Four nozzles were connected to each junction using the 1/4” hose. The ground cover in this bed is dense and about a foot high, so 16 nozzles were used to ensure coverage. I was initially concerned the water pressure might not be sufficient to effectively support 16 nozzles, but wow, was I wrong. There is more than sufficient water pressure along the entire setup and zero leaks. It took about 2 hours to layout, install, and test the entire setup. Seriously, at this price this is an amazing, effective, and customizable system. Even the nozzle flow is adjustable.

Bought this for my garden. Incredibly easy to set up and works amazing. So happy I purchased this.

I waited a month after installing to review. It was easy to install, although half way though our fingers were getting sore, we were really pushing the tubes together. So we took a tip from one of the other reviews ans heated the end a little and they slid on much easier and further. We have not had any pop off. The heads are easy to change depending on your water needs. My garden is 21ft by 23ft of raised beds, this saves me money. We water where we need it and its easy to skip in between the beds so your not watering the mulch. We added a timer and love it.

Frustrating Connectors and Subpar Performance
The garden watering system initially promises convenience but falls short on several fronts. First and foremost, the connectors are a nightmare to fix, making setup a tedious task. Moreover, durability is a concern as the system fails to maintain consistent water flow, requiring frequent adjustments. Despite claims of efficiency, manual watering is often necessary due to inconsistent performance. Additionally, the system’s range is disappointing, with a spray distance of less than a foot rather than the advertised five feet. Overall, while the concept is convenient, the execution leaves much to be desired, making this watering system a regrettable investment for any garden enthusiast.

Das System läst sich gut anpassen und ist leicht zu handhaben.

This product was just what the doctor ordered for our 16x12x4 raised garden bed. We used all four connectors every five feet with four foot 1/4″ leads branching off on each to the sprinklers giving us sixteen sprinklers in all. We cut and assembled it all while watching TV then went out and installed it.
The sprinklers are fully adjustable from “off” to fully open giving a spray of about 5′ on each. We needed to adjust the sprinklers down to keep the water inside the borders of the garden.
Once adjusted….no wasted water! We put the whole setup on a timer for twenty minutes every other day in the morning and we don’t have to worry about watering any more! This works better than any soaker hose or sprayer hose we’ve tried and we’ve been working this garden for nearly 14 years.
Very easy to cut the hoses with good cutters or scissors. Wear good gripping gloves to grab the hoses with your fingers to push the hoses on the fittings especially the 1/4″ ones. You might want to put the hose ends in really hot water before pushing them on.
This is a fantastic small scale irrigation system for the money! I have the 20 mister attachments that we didn’t need for the garden setup so I’m going to see if I can set them up on the deck for the hot summer days!
Highly recommended.

UPDATE 3:
Yesterday (7/28/2021) I received the following, unsolicited offer from the manufacturer. I consider it to be customer service above and beyond the call of duty:
“If you would like us to ship a replacement item free of charge, please reply “Replace item” and confirm that the item description above is correct.
OR
If you would like a full refund, please reply ‘Full refund.’
We hope that you give us another chance. Thank you very much.”
UPDATE 2:
When another 1/4-inch hose separated from the main, half-inch hose, I searched online for micro clamps that might help keep the hoses from popping loose. Failing to find any, I looped a piece of copper wire around each junction and twisted the wires together until they were very tight against the hose. One of the attached photos shows the prototype I made to see if the method would work. The loop is very tight; I’ll report later on whether it does the job. Copper wire works well because it is flexible and won’t rust.
The other attached image is an example of a plug I made for each of the unused ports on the quad-port distributors (which are inserted along the main hose). Each plug consists of a small section of the 1/4 inch hose filled with a half-length of green garden tie (which fits very tightly). The garden tie is dipped in high-quality epoxy before being inserted, and more epoxy (the gray in the image) is attached to one end. The plug fits over the barb of an unused outlet. So far, none has popped off.
UPDATE 1:
After a couple of weeks, a large-hose attachment once and small hoses a few times popped off their connections. I think the air temperature–high 80s and low 90s–may have softened the hose rubber enough to allow the hoses to disconnect. I solved the problem by reducing the water flow to half-power, thus reducing the water pressure. I can do that because I have only eight shrubs to water. Not everyone would have that option.
I also looked into small clamps on Amazon that I could buy if necessary. Doesn’t look like I’ll need them, but anyone seeking additional help in keeping the hoses from popping off might look into that. There are very tiny ones that should work with the 1/4-inch hoses.

ORIGINAL POST:
My needs were not great: eight newly planted shrubs that I wanted to soak each day during these very hot days. Overall, the assembly worked smoothly. I suggest that you use a wrench or plyers to super-tighten the collars to both sides of the four provided quad-distributors. There are no barbs, and the collars need to be very tight, or they are likely to pop loose. One minor issue was that two of the blue sprayers did not work as intended, but since I needed only eight, it wasn’t a big problem. Connected to a timer, the system has done what I hoped it would.

I’m only a week into use, watering potted vegetables, but so far so good. Installation was easy to perform and the kit came with plenty of heads for my specific use case. Could be limiting if you have a large area to cover, or will require a large number of heads, but as a basic starter this was great for me. Cutting the primary main hose and inserting feeder hoses was very simple, and instructions are included. Water flow is sufficient for my needs.

I was looking for an inexpensive irrigation system for my garden. This seemed like it came with everything needed to get it going. Set up took a while, but it wasn’t too difficult. I left the tubing in the sun and that made it easier to put together. It’s still the beginning of the season so I can’t speak to how long it will last.
The emitters aren’t the best but they will get the job done. The description says they can reach up to 6 ft but with the whole thing put together the eight hole emitters reach about 2 ft and the fan sprays maybe 6 in at best. The overhead sprayers don’t really spray water it’s more of a small stream of water.
Overall four stars because of the price. I got this while there was a deal and a coupon so only spent $40 for the whole set up. If it was more expensive I don’t think it would be worth it.

aside from my own water pressure issue where I installed this kit, it works flawlessly. I set up the entire thing in about an hour with just my pocket knife, no other tools were needed. I did put the hose and tubing out in the sun and let them warm up before I laid everything out, this really helped attaching the junctions and keeping the loops out of the tubing. great product.
