No issues, worked great and cuts large area and batter is still going strong after charging the batteries initially. Just be sure to line the attachment up properly.

I chose to get this for cutting both difficult areas on the lawn as well as some vines and shrubs. Used it a dozen times and can make several observations. I got this with 2 external batteries, since if you have a lot to do, you can just swap batteries. More importantly, if you have a cutter with an internal battery, when it eventually dies for good, you just have to junk the whole thing.
One big error some other reviews have given – you do NOT need to constantly hold in the safety switch on the side of the handle. Once you squeeze it and the central trigger to start cutting, you can release the safety switch and it will keep on working.
Pros:
Battery life is good enough for most jobs
You can change the angle of the head with the blades to suit your needs best
In contrast to some other’s complaints, cutting strength is more than adequate if you are not asking the unreasonable
Cons:
Fairly long recharge time for batteries
No meter on battery to indicate level of charge
Maintenance*
There is one issue with this thing, and it really is not insignificant. On my former trimmer, I could use it a hundred times and it would keep on cutting just fine. But with this one, after a dozen uses the blades are just too dull and you have to get a file and sharpen the blades. Definitely a lot more maintenance with this model, and of course you need to frequently clean and oil it. I’ve also looked for any page of the manufacturer, and there just doesn’t seem to be any. In case you mess up something and want to buy a new grass or shrub trimming blade head or battery by itself, you may not be able to – you’re out of luck.

This trimmer is better than advertised. The battery charges in 30 minutes or less and holds the charge for a good hour under constant use.
I did have moment trying to attached the cutting heads. But finally read the instructions – put the unit on its back and bingo, everything together.
I wouldn’t try dismembering your pesky neighbor with it. The bones would be too much for this unit but fingers and toes – no problem!! Comes lubed and ready to go.
Worth more than the asking price. A real buy.

I have arthritis in my hands and this is light weight and really gets the job done. Very easy to use. Battery life is enough for me but someone with a lot of hedges might not say so.

I have only had this product for a short time but so far I am pleased with it. The clipper head and hedge trimmer attachments work well. It is a good tool for the money! I was very pleased with the battery life. It lasted for quite awhile before it had to be recharged. I use this product for areas that a string trimmer can’t access very well or the string trimmer does too much damage, such as in and around some of my wife’s flower beds. It will work fine if you take your time with it, don’t rush it or it will clog up on you in very tall grass.

While I like the clipper itself, I am little disappointed in the battery. After having the clipper for a little over two months, and recharging the battery about half a dozen times, I had an issue with the battery taking a charge. I got only a few minutes worth of charge. While reviewing the booklet to find out how to contact the company, I saw that the battery might not charge if it was too hot or too cold. I thought that being stored in an unventilated garage storeroom in Texas in July might be enough to make it too hot. I took the battery and charger inside the AC and after a while it took a full charge. Lithium ion batteries not performing well outside of moderate temperatures is a common problem and one that plagues electric vehicles. I guess my clipper gets to live inside with my cordless vac now instead of out with the rest of my lawn and garden tools. It is a good clipper, but I am taking a star off the 4 that I would normally give for something that works well (I reserve 5 stars for things of unusual worth or value) because I’m not happy that I have to make room for it in the house.

I bought this for myself because it was battery operated. It worked great. Cordless is amazing value for the money, great safety feature you have to use both hands so no accidentally emergencys. Easy set up charge battery in charger and your ready to go. A little heavy after a while of use but comfortable and cut with ease.

Good for light trimming. Quick change cutting heads. Great for trimming around flowers and close to walls. I use it around flowering cactus to keep my fingers away from thorns. Long battery life. Lightweight, easy to use.

after i had almost finished trimming the garden out front when the power button stuck in the on position the safety switch stopped working this is a dangerous product to have the safety no longer working had to let the trimmer die off before returning it
