    1. George

It didn’t take long to assemble, it fits perfect by my garden. It’s easy to use. I wish the opening was slightly bigger though. It would have been nice if one of the suggested items to purchase along with it was a way to keep all the flies away.

    2. Tim Emberton

Love the color, like the consept

    3. Ulf Wagemann

The instructions were rather sketchy, took a while to figure out. Looks beautiful and appears sturdy.

    4. Plants were 1 1/2” not 2 1/2

good product but bad assembly instruction

    5. Nick G 501

It took a little time to assemble, and the instructions were okay. I’ve had it for a month and have filled up one side, waiting for the compost to do its thing. Don’t expect immediate black gold.

    6. R. Martinez

Took about 20 minutes to put together. The instructions were pretty easy to follow. The unit seems sturdy. Many of the other units I saw had much smaller openings which seems like a problem. This has two good sized openings and the two sides spin independently which is nice. Dual chambers are convenient so that you can fill one side and let it “cook” while you start filling the other side.

If you want to avoid bad smells, don’t put animal products in it, just plant matter. It’s also a good idea to add “brown” material like paper and dried leaves. I add paper from our shredder (which isn’t really recyclable anyway) and that seems to work well. Only had it going a couple of weeks so don’t have a “fully cooked” batch yet but it seems to be well on its way.

    7. Norma Rockwell

It was pretty simple to put together and seems sturdy enough. Cant wait to start making my own compost!

    8. Norma Rockwell

I like that I can finish adding to compost of a smallish batch on one side and start another next to it. Just started a few weeks ago, so I will have to see how long it takes to compost each side. I put together very easily with a youtube video that I found on this product. It is better than the written instructions, in my opinion. Easy to turn and open to check on compost. No smell so far:)

    9. Amazon Customer

So I just received this so not sure how well it works but I read all the reviews about how difficult to read the directions and put together. I haven’t put anything together that was easier. Did it by myself in about 25-20 minutes. Easier then Legos. If you look at pictures and read the notes the directions are pretty easy to read. Seems sturdy but haven’t filled yet.
