I needed this lights to replace ceiling fan lights that my plants love so much. These light are perfectly warm light and not too bright. They are also of-course dimmable to desired amount of heat needed.
I am sure the plants really like them. I have not heard a single complaint from them since the day I installed these, and it has been over a week already!
As the picture show like they have a slight blue tint to them, but when turned on they have a white-yellow glow, just like the good ole’ days.
Can’t say much for longevity other than “so far so good”, but hopefully they will last 2 yrs or more. I will gladly stock some of these lights in the cabinet for future use.
I just wish these will sell in a 3 or 4-pack.

I ordered 6 of the grow spot light bulbs. They were delivered in a box much larger than required without any packing material so the individual light bulbs bounced around so one was smashed, 2 the wire in the bulbs were broken do the bulbs don’t work. I am not ordering again, while not expensive, if the bulbs can’t be used they are a waste of money.

I hate LED. This gives real light.
KMC –
Love using incandescent bulbs as LED and Flourescents are environmentally dangerous.

I have been looking for a grow light suitable for using in an everyday lamp. The model I had been buying for years was expensive and short-lived. It had been discontinued and the alternatives are a sickly, overly bright white suitable for a greenhouse but not necessaryily for a home. I stumbled across this 60 watt spot grow light. I bought three and love them. I just ordered another two. They advertise 1,000 hours of use and at $2.99 that is a reasonable price for something that adds a lot of ambiance.

I use this on a daily timer for my aquarium holding aquatic turtles. They love it. So far the bulb seems okay with an occasional splash of water, which is maybe more than can be expected.

I liked this light. My plants and fish like it. It only lasted 3 months which seems short to me.
